Phosphatase Inhibitors

A cell permeable, bioavailable, 2-indolealkanoic acid derived compound that acts as a highly potent and selective inhibitor of leukotriene biosynthesis (IC 50 = 3.1 nM in intact human polymorphonuclear leukocytes).

Significance: Anti-Phosphatidylserine may be used to detect translocation of the membrane phospholipid phosphatidylserine (PS) from the inner to the outer cell membrane leaflet it provides an alternative to Annexin V for quantitation of apoptosis.
