Human acute T lymphoblastic leukaemia
Cell Line Description
Derived from the peripheral blood of a 19 year old male with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia whilst in relapse. A stable T-cell leukaemia line. The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2 conditions.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 5-6x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. A maximum cell density of 1-2x1,000,000/ml is achieved.
