General description
The MultiScreen® 96-well Ultrafiltration Plate with Ultracel® membranes (MultiScreen Ultrafiltration Plates) are used for processing aqueous biological solutions (0.1 to 0.5 mL). The ultrafiltration plate is utilized in a centrifugal pressure mode only and is compatible with standard centrifuge microtiter plate swinging bucket rotors. It is developed to fit a 96-well microtiter receiver plate for ultrafiltrate collections. These plates have been designed specifically for protein removal before sample analysis and for sample purification, concentration, and desalting of biological solutions.
Application
MultiScreen® 96-well Ultrafiltration Plate with Ultracel®-10 membrane kD is suitable for high-throughput protein concentration and buffer exchange.
