As many factors can influence nonspecific binding, NGB buffers also offer abilities to lower non-specific binding. NGB I is based on physically pre-treated BSA. NGB II is based on physically pre-treated and chemically modified BSA. NGB III is based on physically pre-treated and chemically modified casein.
