Optima DTR™ is a new line of dye terminator removal products based on a proprietary resin that provides clean-up of CE/Sanger sequencing reactions comparable to our current Performa® DTR products. The Optima DTR 8-well format was developed specifically for medium-throughput users as a cost-effective alternative to the single sample format Performa DTR Gel Filtration Cartridges. The Optima DTR 8-well format provides the same high-quality results as Performa DTR, but at a lower price and uses the same simple protocol as the Optima DTR 96-well plates. Optima DTR™ 8-Well Strip Kit Includes 12 Optima DTR 8-well strips in a 96-well holder, 2 flat-bottom waste trays, 2 V-bottom collection plates and one 8-well balancing strip. The waste trays and balancing strip are reusable, so a version with just the Optima DTR 8-well strips, the Optima 8-Well Strip Refill, is also available (see 8WELL-1R).
