General description
The BioTracker™ exosome protein labeling probe series can be used for staining the proteins of purified exosomes, which in turn permits imaging of labeled exosomes taken up by cells.SCT268, SCT269, and SCT270 are optimized for the labeling of exosomal proteins. Three different fluorescence colors (green, red, far red) enable application in multiplexing experiments, such as observation of exosome localization in organelles.Note: Green protein label product is difficult to see because it is present in a small mass and is a colorless foam. The exosome labeling probe products contain filtration tubes for the removal of dyes unreacted after fluorescence labeling, as well as an optimized protocol for labeling exosomes. Add 10 uL DMSO to tube of green, red, or far red exosome protein dye to create stock solution.SPECTRAL PROPERTIES:Ex 488 nm/Em 490-540 nm

Target description
Exosomes are a form of extracellular vesicle (EV), which may contribute to malignant transformation and the metastasis of cancer. Intercellular communication via exosomes has therefore attracted significant interest in the cancer research and cell communication disciplines. To elucidate these interactions, labeling techniques based on fluorescent dyes have been optimized.

Store BioTracker™ Green Exosome Protein Labeling Kit at 2 - 8 °C, protected from light.After resuspending in DMSO, store stock solution at -20 °C, protected from light.
