Technical Information: One tablet prepares 100mL of PBS Higher concentrations can be obtained by dissolving 2, 3 or 4 tablets per 100mL of water To sterilize the solution for cell culture, simply autoclave or sterile filter. Contents: Sodium Chloride 137mM; Phosphate Buffer 10mM; Potassium Chloride 2.7mM pH (at 25°C): 7.4 (+/- 0.1)
