Anti-Periostin Antibody is suitable for use in Western Blotting and IHC. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a three bands of approximately 93 kDa in size corresponding to periostin pan proteins in mouse lung extract. The antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry on paraformaldehyde-fixed sections with a simple antigen-retrieval protocol (incubate slides for 20 minutes at 90Âº C in 10 mM sodium citrate (pH 6.0)/ 0.1 % Tween-20).
