Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. SPECIES REACTIVITY: Human, Mouse IMMUNOGEN: PIKE antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to 15 amino acids near the C-terminus of human PIKE. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of PIKE. BUFFER: PIKE Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
