Pluronic® F-127

Application：Pluronic® F-127 was used in one study to coat silicified slides to place egg extracts. Pluronic F-127 is added to phosphate buffered saline (PBS) to reduce the non-specific adhesion of cells and proteins to PDMs-based microfluidic devices. One study also reported its use on mouse venous grafts as a release carrier to transport low doses of perivascular lipopolysaccharide (LPS). PLGA/pluronic F127 can be used to manufacture nerve guiding catheter (NGC) to regenerate peripheral nerves. The manufacture of poly (lactide-co-ethyl ester) (PLGA) -Pluronic F127 glass composite has been reported. Pluronic F-127 is used for fluorescent labeling of blood vessels, astrocytes and neurons.A non-ionic copolymer surfactant suitable for use as a defoamer in insect cell culture applications；Pluronic® F 127 PRILL is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating primary hydroxyl groups. A nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic.
