Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the α-4 chain of the murine VLA-4 integrin-like cell adhesion molecule which is present on blood cells. The antibody will react with human integrins.
Immunogen
P815 murine mastocytoma cells
Application
The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2b.
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 0.05mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
