The PTFE Mire Mist ® nebulizer produces excellent mist and can handle high level of particulates in sample. Operates on standard pressures of 35 - 45 psi. The PTFE Mira Mist can be used for any liquid. Salting is very rare, but can occur over long periods of time, especially with high sodium levels in the solution. Such salting can be cleared easily with a dip in 5 - 10% HF. Designed for samples with high concentrations of hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and other solvents not compatible with PEEK.
