Product DescriptionInorganic pyrophosphatase (PPase) can catalyze the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to orthophosphate: P2O74-+H2O+PPase→2HPO42-. Used in nucleic acid amplification experiments, PPase can hydrolyze the inorganic pyrophosphate generated by the reaction to avoid its inhibition of the reaction system. Under natural conditions, inorganic pyrophosphatase can provide thermodynamic power for the biosynthesis of protein, RNA and DNA, and play a role in the process of lipid metabolism, calcium absorption, and bone formation.FeaturesHydrolyzed pyrophosphate;DNA synthesis: significantly enhance the ability of DNA replication;RNA synthesis: increase RNA yield in in vitro transcription reaction;Thermal stability: The best reaction temperature is 25°C, 65°C for 10 minutes can inactivate the enzyme.Recommendations1) The enzyme is active in a variety of reaction buffers.
