The resin in G-Trap™ Q Agarose Fast Flow is a strong anionexchanger composed of highly crosslinked 6% agarose beads coupled with quaternary ammonium (Q)strong anionexchange group. The proteins carrying net negativecharge will bind to the resin and protein carrying net positivecharge will not bind and will come out in flow through fraction.
