Zymo-Spin column technology is then used to isolate the DNA which is subsequently filtered to remove humic acids/polyphenols that can inhibit PCR. Eluted DNA is ideal for downstream molecular-based applications including PCR, arrays, genotyping, methylation detection, etc.
