Reagent-cartridge Deoxyfluorination is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the deoxyfluorination of primary and secondary alcohols. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents to transform the user selected alcohol into an alkyl fluorine.
Scale: up to 0.2 mmol
Compatible substrates: Primary alcohol, secondary alcohol
Cartridge contents:
- Fluorinating reagent (SulfoxFluor)
- Base (supported DBU)
- SCX (for purification)
- Silica supported carbonate (for purification)
