Point styles 2 and 3 Standard 2” length Needles seat precisely to the zero graduation mark of the syringe. They are autoclavablewhen disassembled. They allow the use of different specification needles with the same barrel. The small ‘s’ next to the gauge number indicates a smaller bore size. Removable needles are made for use with removable needle (RN) syringes and will not work with any other hub. Point Style 2 is a 22° beveled tip point recommended for septum penetration. Point Style 3 is a blunt (90°) needle point for use with HPLC injection valves and for sample pipetting.
