Ex(nm):568      Em(nm):591Product descriptionROX Reference Dye is generally used on Real Time PCR amplification machines of companies such as ABI and Stratagene to adjust the difference between PCR tubes and tubes caused by PCR sample loading errors. Different instruments require different concentrations of ROX Reference Dye. Our company provides ROX Reference Dye storage solution with a concentration of 25μmol/L, and the final concentration of use is 50nmol/L or 500nmol/L depending on the instrument.
