Derived from the peripheral blood of an apparently normal 33 year old Caucasian male. The cells secrete IgM (lambda light chain). HLA = A2, Aw33, B7, B14.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-4x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Maximum cell density 1-2x1,000,000 cells/ml.
