Precautions：The diluted electrophoresis buffer should be used in 2-3 days when stored at room temperature or within 1-2 weeks when stored at 4ºC.This product is a highly concentrated solution, and precipitation may occur when placed or transported at low temperatures. Usually, magnetic stirring at room temperature for 10-30 minutes or proper incubation in a warm water bath allows for complete dissolution of precipitates.This product is for R&D only. Preparation of electrophoresis buffer: Prepare one liter of 1X Electrophoresis Buffer by diluting 50ml of SDS-PAGE Rapid Electrophoresis Buffer for Tris-Gly, 20X with 950ml of distilled or deionized water. It can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or at 4ºC for 1-2 weeks.2. Electrophoresis condititions: For regular size SDS-PAGE gels, electrophoresis at a 150V-200V voltage is recommended when this rapid electrophoresis buffer is used. Generally, it takes 20-25 minutes to complete electrophoresis for 10% separating gel at a constant voltage of 200V. If much flatter and sharper bands are desired, the voltage can be reduce to 100-120V, with longer run time.3.
