Salmosyst^™ Broth Base enriches all the microorganisms present in the sample material during non-selective pre-enrichment. The addition of the selective reagents in the form of Salmosyst^™ Selective Supplement inhibits the growth of the accompanying organisms, except Salmonella spp.

Application

Salmosyst^™ Selective Supplement is an additive for the preparation of Salmosyst^™ Broth Base. It is used for the two-step enrichment of sub-lethally injured Salmonella spp. from foodstuffs and feeds.
