General description
A depolymerized vanadate prepared from Sodium Orthovanadate (>Cat. No. 567540) that exhibits significant enhanced ability to inhibit endogenous phosphatases in a competitive manner. Preserves the phosphorylation state in cells and cell lysates. Completely reversible with EDTA and dilution. Recommended concentration in lysis buffer ~ 1 mM. Available as 5 ml or as a set of 3 x 1 ml.
