Cell Line Description
Derived from biopsy tissue of a small cell carcinoma originating in the adrenal cortex of a 55 year old Caucasian female. Electron microscopy revealed bulb gap junctions and occasional paired cisternae of the E.R.

Subculture Routine
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; No CO2; 37°C.
