Cell Line Description
Established from a grade II mucous producing and grade III solid rectal adenocarcinoma from a 66 year old Caucasian female. The cells form brush borders and produce CEA.

Culture Medium
L15 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Split subconfluent cultures 1:2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; Medium change after 4-5 days. 37°C. No CO2.
