Cell Line Description
Cross reacts with human, murine and bovine MHC class II molecules; reacts with β chain of all MHC class II molecules expressed in sheep by immunoblot and cell surface staining. Inhibits proliferation.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 1-2x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density is reached at 3-9x100,000 cells/ml.
