Texwipe's ESD Swab Series features a Stat-Rite handle, a patented Inherently Dissipative Polymer, to provide clean ESD protection without contributing particulate contaminants to the process or environment. The complete thermal bond construction eliminates adhesive contamination. Three designs are available: • Polyester ‰ÛÒ Manufactured from laundered Alpha 100% polyester, making the head extremely clean and durable. • Foam ‰ÛÒ Made from Texwipe's CleanFoam, cleanroom processed 100 ppi polyurethane foam • Sticks ‰ÛÒ Made from Stat-Rite Manufactured to exacting and consistent tolerances using high-precision automated processes.
