It is also used in the preparation of isoxazoline N-oxides from α-bromonitroalkanes and olefins. TBDMSCl is used as a precursor that forms a silicon substrate for Ag/ZnO/graphene-based nanocomposites to form effective photocatalytic system for hydrogen production.
