Also features min/max/average, relative temperature, auto power off, and hold functions. This well made unit is extremely accurate (±0.2% rdg. +1ºC full scale) and has fast response times. High 0.1ºC & F resolution (-200 ~ 200ºC), over a wide temperature range (-200 ~ 1370ºC and –328 ~ 2498ºF). Has a large easy to read 3½ digit LCD and accepts any Type K thermocouple probe.
