GenBank Accession No. NM_032782,a.a. 22-200 ith a C-terminal Avi-biotin, Histag,expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 23.3 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avitag^™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be greater than 90%. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
