Weights and sets are supplied in foam-lined, polypropylene cases, with one cotton glove, except 10 kg and 20 kg. 10 kg and 20 kg weights are made with a grip handle for improved lifting. 1kg - 100g set contains 1each of 1 kg, 500 g, 300 g, 200 g, 100 g.
