The diluted and prepared primary or secondary antibodies can be stored and used at 2-8 ℃ for no less than 1 week, and can be repeated 2-3 times for protein blotting, saving you valuable antibodies. This product is only used for diluting antibodies and markers in WB experiments.Notes:1. This product is a protein preparation, and prolonged storage at room temperature can lead to protein degradation and loss of activity.2.In order to enable the antibody to be reused multiple times, it is recommended to conduct a binding reaction between the primary antibody and the protein membrane at 2-8 ℃ as much as possible to slow down the decay rate of the primary antibody.3. This product contains preservatives. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves when operating.Operation steps:1. Take out this product before use, invert it several times to mix well, and take an appropriate amount for antibody dilution.
