Cell Line Description
Induced by inoculation of Moloney leukaemia virus into a new-born A/Sn mouse. Sensitive to the cytoxic activity of naturally occurring killer cells in mice (NK cells). Often used as target cells in NK assays.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
