Our 1.4mL 96-well plate is ideal for separations of nucleic acids and clean-up procedures with magnetic beads. The unique square top with conical bottom design allows for optimum mixing and enhanced recovery of pelletized samples. Separated round well bottoms allow for the use of ring style magnetic plates. Mid-height to maximize storage, utilizing 30-40% less vertical space allowing for more storage in freezers, automated loaders, under the hood, and other locations where space is at a premium. Plates have stacking lugs to help prevent toppling. Raised rims on each well help protect from cross contamination, minimize sample loss during storage, and make for enhanced sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat-sealing films.
