Ready-to-use DNA Ladder (pre-mixed with loading dye) Suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 100 bp to 3 Kb with enhanced intensity at 500 bp C852A58: Concentration: 2.5 µg / 25 µl; (Recommended loading: 0.5 µg or 5 µl) C852A59: Concentration: 50 µg / 500 µl; (Recommended loading: 0.5 µg or 5 µl) The IBI 100bp DNA Ladder, containing 12 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 100 bp to 3,000 bp. The 100 bp DNA Ladder is a unique combination of a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes and PCR products to yield 12 fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for electrophoresis. The enhanced intensity of the 500 bp fragment was designed for quick and easy determination of electrophoresis results. This product comes pre-mixed with 6X loading dye and is ready to use, no dilution necessary. There is also an extra vial of 6X loading dye included in the C852A59. Typical load per/well is 5 µl. C852A59 contains sufficient product for 100 lanes (C852A58 can do 5 lanes). Storage Conditions: Room temp for up to 6 months. 4°C for up to one year. -20°C for up to two years.
