100L JKTD RXN VES, Large Scale, 3"BPSQUA

Jacketed large scale process reaction vessels. The 50 and 100L vessels have a 400mm ID flat ground flange. The inlet/outlet of the vessels are beaded pipe fittings for use with the CG-1964 and CG-1969-A beaded pipe adapters. Reactors have a 3"; beaded pipe valve that is detachable. These flush bottom (zero dead space) valves are designed to prevent solids from collecting in the bottom of the vessel. The 50 and 100L vessels equipped with the detachable zero dead space valve have a lower silicone seal. Vessels are serial numbered and have a graduation scale on both sides showing approximate volume. PLEASE NOTE: BOTTOM DRAIN VALVE, BEADED PIPE COUPLINGS, AND ADAPTERS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
