#12 Test Screen Tray

ASTM E11 Compliance Grade Screen Trays for Gilson Testing Screen and Test-Master® are offered in sizes from 5in to No.400 (125.0mm to 38µm). Cloth material is stainless steel for No.5 (4.00mm) and finer, and plain steel for No.4 (4.75mm) and coarser. Clear Screen area is 14.75x22.75in (375x578mm). Screen Trays are serial numbered and supplied with certificates of manufacturing conformance. The most popular sizes are in stock. Screen Trays No.16 to 200 (1.18mm to 75µm) feature support ribs under the cloth to minimize distortion and sagging. Trays finer than No.230 (63µm) have No.4 stainless steel Backing Cloth instead of support ribs. Backing Cloth is an available option for other fine series screen trays that extends the useful life of the primary cloth. Replacement Cloth sections ready for installation are available in ASTM E11 sizes, and Blank Trays can be ordered to replace trays with damaged frames. Users requiring traceable documentation of screen tray conformance can specify additional Verification services to ASTM Inspection or Calibration Grades. These optional services upgrade the confidence level of the opening size standard deviation from 66% at Compliance Grade to 99.0% for Inspection, and 99.73% for Calibration Grades.
