DescriptionAn adenosine analog that acts as a highly selective agonist of adenosine A3 receptor (Ki = 330 pM, 820 nM, 470 nM for A3, A1 and A2A, respectively). Shown to reduce ischemia reperfusion injury in mice and limit infarct size in isolated rat hearts.
