2-Iminobiotin Separopore 6B-CL, 10 mL

Applications: 2-Iminobiotin-Separopore® 6B-CL is used for the purification of avidin/streptavidin conjugates. Proteins coupled to (strept)avidin are more readily recovered in native form from 2-Iminobiotin-Separopore® than the biotin resin. It is also used for removal of free avidin from (strept)avidin conjugate preparations. Interaction with avidin and streptavidin is pH dependent: forms stable complex above pH 9.5 and dissociates at pH 4.
