Complete filter reactor assembly allows single or multi-step reactions and filtrations in the same vessel. Features heavy wall glass, interchangeable filters, mechanical agitation and 4 in. or 6 in. Schott flanges.
Features: 3 x 24/40 joints on 60 mm head, 4 x 24/40 joints on 100 mm head
Applications:

  • Oxidation/reduction reactions where the particulate can be drawn down to a filter cake
  • Nanotechnology where the material must be contained and the filtrate is the actual product or nano-particle needed
  • Simple bioreactor as gases can be introduced through pressure head via a pressure or NPT fittings and tubing
  • Paints/pigments other viscous solutions
