Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against NADH nitrate reductase of spinach and marrow. It inhibits the reduction of nitrate to nitrite using NADH as electron donor. It also inhibits the dehydrogenase activity of NADH-cytochrome C reductase.

Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
