Cell Line Description

The antibody is specific for NADH-nitrate reductase of spinach and marrow. It inhibits the reduction of nitrate to nitrite using NADH as elector donor and also inhibits dehydrogenase activity of NADH - Cytochrome c reductase.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. These cells require mouse feeder layers upon resuscitation
