Agarose Ultra Sieve, 25g

IBI Ultra Sieve Agarose is designed for molecular screening that provides high resolution electrophoresis of small DNA fragments and PCR products. Ultra Sieve agarose improves clarity of gels and enhances visualization, even at high concentrations. For best results, Ultra Sieve gels should be chilled at 4 - 8°C for 30 minutes before use. Use a 1.8% gel for 400 - 1200bp, a 3.0% gel for 150-800bp, and a 4.5% gel for 15-400bp. These ranges are approximate and have been calculated in 1x TAE Buffer. To improve resolution capacity for smaller sizes TBE buffer should be used. Store stored at room temperature. Protect from moisture. Agarose gels may be stored wrapped in plastic or submerged in 1X running buffer at + 4°C until needed. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothes. Wash thoroughly with water after handling.
