Air Powered Mixer

For fastening a temperature sensor / probe with a boss head to the vertical support rod on a hotplate. Air driven stirrer for use whenever the use of an electrical stirrer might be hazardous or impractical. Ideal for mixing all types of solvents, lacquers and volatile chemicals without the possibility of spark ignition. Motor delivers up to 3/8 Hp, 50 in-lbs of torque, and 333 MAX RPM @ 80 PSI. A needle valve controls the mixing speed. Motor shaft size is 1/2” OD. Supplied complete with 4ft lenth of air hose with double fittings for connection to air supply. Please Note: For long And trouble-free life of your air powered stirrer, it is recommended that the air supply be filtered to remove oil and water aerosols as well as foreign particles larger than 40 microns. In addition, an automatic air line lubricator must be iInstalled in the air line just ahead of the motor.
