General description
CD276 (also known as B7-H3) is a membrane protein that participates in the regulation of T cell-mediated immune response. It is expressed widely in dendritic cells, some epithelial cells, trophoblast cells, Hofbauer cells of the placenta, activated B and T cells, NK cells, and monocytes. CD276 is also expressed by some solid tumors such as melanoma, prostate cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
