CLN3 protein is involved in lysosomal function. Mutations in this, as well as other neuronal ceroid-lipofuscinosis (CLN) genes, cause neurodegenerative diseases commonly known as Batten disease or collectively known as neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses (NCLs).

This Anti-CLN3 Antibody, Clone 2B8.2 is validated for use in Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry for the detection of CLN3.

Western Blotting Analysis: 2.0 µg/mL from a representative lot detected CLN3 in 10 µg of A431 cell lysate.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected CLN3 in rat cerebellum and human thalamus tissue.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HepG2 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 2.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected CLN3 in 10 µg of HepG2 cell lysate.
