General description

Ba/F3 cells expressing full-length mouse TLR9 protein. Immunization was carried out on Tlr9 -/- mice.

Application

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A representative lot detected TLR9 in Immunocytochemistry applications (Murakami, Y., et. al. (2017). Sci Rep. 7:44042).

Flow Cytometry Analysis: A representative lot detected TLR9 in Flow Cytometry applications (Murakami, Y., et. al. (2017). Sci Rep. 7:44042).

Inhibits Activity/Function: A representative lot inhibited TLR9-dependent cytokine production in vitro by bone marrow-derived macrophages and conventional dendritic cells. (Murakami, Y., et. al. (2017). Sci Rep. 7:44042).

Quality

Evaluated by Immunocytochemistry in Raw264.7 cells.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:250 dilution of this antibody detected TLR9 in Raw264.7 cells.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
