(+)-AS 115 is the (+)-enantiomer of AS 115, a potent and selective inhibitor of KIAA1363 (AADACL1). The racemic mixture has also been shown to reduce the formation of MAGE, alkyl-lysophosphatidylcholine, and alkyl-lysophosphatidic in SKOV-3 cells treated with 10 µM AS-115 for 4 hours.
