General description

Ascentis Express Peptide ES-C18 columns are specifically engineered to separate higher molecular weight compounds such as peptides and small proteins. These columns contain advanced Fused-Core particles that have larger pores (160 ƒ... versus 90 ƒ... in standard Ascentis Express), bonded with sterically-protected C18 ligands to provide extra stability (ES) at very low pH (< 1) and high temperatures (up to 100oC). This greatly expands the application range for Ascentis Express columns.
