• What documentation is provided with orders?

  All orders include a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and a packing slip. Additional regulatory or compliance documentation can be requested at the time of order for products requiring special handling or import/export certification.

• How long does shipping take?

  Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days from our New Jersey distribution center. Expedited and international shipping options are available. Hazardous materials ship in compliance with IATA/DOT regulations and may require additional lead time.

  We accept returns on non-hazardous, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Controlled substances, refrigerated items, and custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return authorization.
