These accessories provide a complete floor-standing system with flexibility and ease of installation. Support stands are available in fixed height, telescoping and hydraulic adjustable versions. Cradle Type Support Stands are available for Esco’s Universal Animal Containment Workstation and Hospital Pharmacy Isolator. All Support Stands are fabricated of powder-coated steel and shipped unassembled. Assembly is simple and all required tools are provided with the accessory. Nonadjustable support stands with leveling feet are advised for biosafety cabinets, as they prevent the cabinet from being relocated or moved without authorization. As any relocation or movement of a biosafety cabinet may alter the cabinet’s performance due to the changes in its environment, recertification of the cabinet is recommended.
